As a landlord, you’re legally required to ensure that all gas appliances, fittings, and flues in your rental property are safe for tenants. At JTS Plumbing & Heating, we offer fast, hassle-free Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) conducted by qualified Gas Safe registered engineers. Whether you’re letting a single flat or managing a portfolio, we ensure compliance with all regulations—issuing certificates promptly and keeping your tenants safe.
All inspections are carried out by registered Gas Safe engineers with experience in residential and commercial rentals. You’ll receive an official CP12 certificate valid for 12 months.
We understand the importance of staying compliant without delay. That’s why we offer same-day and next-day appointments, with digital certificates emailed directly to you or your letting agent.
Our certification process includes a thorough inspection of gas appliances, pipework, ventilation, and flue systems. Any issues are clearly reported, and we can carry out repairs on the spot if required.
You’re required by law (Gas Safety [Installation and Use] Regulations 1998) to have a valid gas safety certificate renewed annually. Contact us if:
